BE/BC Pediatrician in the Madison Area!
SSM Health Dean Medical Group is seeking a BE/BC Pediatric Physician to join a stable and growing, well-established pediatric practice. This is an outpatient-focused role with minimal inpatient responsibilities, ideal for physicians seeking a strong work-life balance within a collaborative group.
Practice Highlights
- Established practice of four pediatricians with long-tenured providers (20-30+ years)
- Existing and active patient panel
- Stable growth with strong community presence
- No academic affiliation
Clinical Responsibilities
- Primarily outpatient pediatric care (95%)
- Newborn rounding approximately one morning per week
- Limited inpatient work (approximately 5%)
- Minor procedures, including hospital circumcisions
- Typical patient scheduling every 20-30 minutes, depending on template
Candidate Profile
- Board eligible or board certified in Pediatrics
- Open to experienced physicians, residents, or fellows
- No fellowship required
- No special licenses or certifications beyond standard requirements
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary with 2-year income guarantee
