- Work Dates Needed: asap start after 45 - 60 days of credentials for 3 months
- Preferred Schedule: office opened: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 6:30pm. 8 hours per day and 3 to 5 days a week.
- Worksite Setting: FQHC, outpatient setting with 7 to 10 other primary care providers
- Scope of Work: babies to 18 years of age well & sick visits. 3 patients per hour mandatory & 23 patients a day. 30 min admin time per day. 1 dedicated MA & 1 LVN as backup per each provider. Lab on site but no x-ray
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA license, DEA, must be board certified In Pediatrics
- EMR: EPIC
