Locum Tenens | Pediatrics | No Call | Hesperia, CA Why This Role

  • Full-time outpatient pediatrics schedule with no call requirements
  • Opportunity for locums-to-perm transition
  • High-demand clinic serving an underserved community
Assignment Details Start ASAP once access is established Ongoing coverage Monday–Friday schedule 8am–5pm Full-time requirement of 5 days per week, 4 weeks per month Average 25 patients per day with scheduled buffer for no-shows Clinical Details Outpatient pediatric clinic setting Focus on general pediatric primary care High-demand clinic serving a socioeconomically challenged community Support staff includes RN, MAs, and office staff EMR: Epic Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrics within 5 years of residency Active California license Active California DEA BLS required Bilingual Spanish preferred Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
