Job Overview

- Dates Needed:
- May 4 – Ongoing
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 8 hours guaranteed
- Setting: Outpatient
- Patient Volume: Approximately 18 per day (newborns and up)
- Experience Required: FQHC, anxiety, depression, ADHD/ADD, pediatric chronic care management
- Call: None
- Site Support: 1 RN, 2 MAs
- Charts must be closed same day (within 72 hours absolutely)
- CV must include month and date on all work history with all gaps accounted for
- Credentialing: Approximately 40 days
- EMR: Epic
- Delta Locum Tenens can assist with travel arrangements and credentialing, and will cover malpractice.
