- Target start date of March 17
- Ongoing needs
- Looking for one full time provider
- Must be available to work 5 days a week, 4 weeks a month (Monday- Friday)
- No call
- The patient count per day is an average of 25 patients but it could fluctuate
- 1 RN, 2 MAs, 4 office staff
- Requirements: BC, BE, BLS, CA license, CA DEA required
- Bi-lingual (Spanish speaking) preferred
