Seeking a full-time, Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist
This position will be located within the department of pediatrics
Join an amazing team that includes child psychiatrists, a developmental/behavioral health pediatrician, clinical social workers, and occupational, physical and speech therapists
Assume responsibility for the provision of comprehensive child psychiatry services, including assessment, treatment planning and implementation, and counseling and education of patients and their families.
Maintain collaborative working relationships with other providers and staff,, attending patient care meetings, communicating relevant and needed information, participating in patient rounds with other health team members and providing direction for others in the care of patients as needed.
Work with our partner primary care medical practices to provide integrated care.
Must be board certified or eligible for certification in Child Psychiatry.
BLS for Healthcare Provider required within three months of hire.
Must hold a Maine medical license and active Maine DEA.
