Pediatrician Responsibilities
-
Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric primary care

Obtain patient histories, perform physical exams, and deliver accurate diagnoses

Maintain productivity standards (average of 2.7 patient visits per hour)

Deliver culturally competent care recognizing environmental, social, and cultural health influences

Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives, including peer chart reviews and documentation audits

Maintain clinical competency through CME participation
Candidate Profile

MD or DO
-
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics

Spanish-speaking required
