Pediatric Opportunity | 100% Outpatient | 4-Day Option | Sign-On + PSLF Eligible
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join its growing team in
Dickinson.
As the only hospital within a 90-mile radius, this respected facility serves a catchment area of
approximately 26,000 residents and offers physicians the opportunity to practice meaningful,
community-focused medicine in a supportive environment.
Practice Highlights
Schedule & Clinical Structure
● Outpatient/Inpatient Practice
● Monday-Friday schedule with Optional 4 x 10-hour shifts available
● Average 15 patients per day
● 1 hour of protected administrative time daily
● 1:4 call rotation
Compensation & Financial Package
● Base Salary: $328,304 with production incentives
● Sign-On Bonus: $32,000
● Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 (based on receipts)
● Loan Repayment & PSLF Eligible Employer
○ Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
○ Residents (PGY-2 and above) may access up to $24,000 as an education
stipend paid toward qualifying loans during residency
