A well-established private practice anesthesia group is seeking a Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join its thriving team at a state-of-the-art children's hospital.
Practice Highlights
• 100% Pediatric Anesthesiology in a newly built 99-bed children's hospital
• Join a respected team of 4 Pediatric Anesthesiologists, 20+ Anesthesiologists, and 80 CRNAs with a high retention rate
• Primarily supervisory model with strong clinical support
• Diverse pediatric case mix including: ENT, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Trauma, Orthopedics (No cardiac cases)
• Guaranteed post-call day off
• Physician-led private practice with decades of stability and success
• 27 grads welcome | Mentorship available
Compensation & Benefits
• $590,000 guaranteed base salary
• $75,000 sign-on bonus
• Partnership eligibility after just 2 years with high earning potential
• W-2 opportunity with 12 weeks of PTO
