Practice, Compensation & Organization Highlights

  • General bread-and-butter dentistry
  • Full and partial dentures (no implant-fitted dentures)
  • Patient population ages 12+
  • Average 10-12 patients per day
  • High-demand, established patient base
  • Limited local competition (1 Pediatric group, 1 Endodontist, 1 part-time Periodontist)
  • Brand-new clinic opened Spring 2025
  • 13 exam rooms with dedicated operatory for each clinician
  • EMR: eClinicalWorks
  • Modern equipment: Cavitron scalers, 2D pano, Nomad handheld X-ray, wall-mounted X-ray arms




Team Structure

  • 2 General Dentists
  • 2 Dental Assistants
  • 3 Hygienists
  • Experienced Office Manager
  • Growth plan to 3 Dentists with expanded support staff




Schedule & Flexibility

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 4.5-day work week with 4 hours admin time
  • 4-day option available
  • Full-time, part-time, and PRN options




Compensation & Benefits

  • $215,000 base salary
  • $12,000 negotiable sign-on bonus
  • $8,000 relocation assistance
  • 6 weeks total PTO (PTO, holidays, CME combined)
  • $3,000 CME allowance
  • Day 1 benefits including employer-paid health insurance
  • Short- and long-term disability, life & AD&D
  • Malpractice with tail coverage
  • 457(b) and 401(a) retirement options
  • NHSC Loan Repayment eligible site




Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD required
