Central Illinois Pediatrician Job – 45 Minutes South of Champaign

45 Minutes South of Champaign | No Call | Community-Focused Role

• Permanent, full-time Pediatrics physician position

• Seeking board certified or truly board eligible Pediatricians

• This role is intended to be the “face of Pediatrics” for the community; the organization will be selective and relationship-focused in identifying the ideal fit

• Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule

• Option to work 4.5 days per week

• No call; may be contacted for critical patient information only

• Cerner EMR

• Clinical autonomy supported; practice style at physician discretion within system standards

• Current team includes:

  • 1 full-time Pediatrician

  • 3 full-time Advanced Practice Providers

• May be required to supervise APPs in the future (not required at this time)

• W2 position only

• No visa sponsorship available

• Open to 2026 start dates; will consider 2027 candidates for strong fits and/or those with ties to the area

• $300,000 base salary + RVU production

• $75,000 sign-on bonus

• $100,000 retention bonus
