Job description
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to provide high-quality outpatient care for infants, children, and adolescents. Focus on preventive care, acute and chronic condition management, and continuity of care in a well-structured clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct well-child visits, immunizations, and developmental screenings

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions

Manage a patient volume of ~23–25 per day

Educate families on nutrition, safety, and child development

Coordinate care and referrals with specialists as needed

Maintain accurate EMR documentation and follow best clinical practices
Qualifications:
-
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
-
Completion of ACGME-accredited Pediatrics residency
-
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatrics
-
Eligible for or able to obtain California medical license
-
Minimum 3 years of pediatric clinical experience

Strong communication skills and patient-centered care focus
Schedule & Environment:
-
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts optional)

100% outpatient, no weekends or on-call
