💰 $200,000 – $280,000 annually

Role Overview:
Join a compassionate, turn-key outpatient pediatric practice serving infants, children, and adolescents. Enjoy a ready-made patient panel, collaborative care with NPs/PAs, and meaningful involvement in newborn care and community health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient care for acute and chronic pediatric conditions

• Perform clinic procedures and comprehensive physical exams

• Attend newborn deliveries and manage infant care and discharge planning

• Participate in rotating call for pediatric and newborn coverage

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and mentor APPs

• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation

• Engage in professional development and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

• NRP certification

• Active Montana medical license (or eligible)

• 2+ years clinical experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
