Pediatrician

We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Pediatrician to join a long-established, collaborative medical group in Canyon Country, California. This position is available due to the planned retirement of a pediatrician after 30 years and offers the opportunity to step into a stable practice with strong support, modern facilities, and excellent work-life balance. The group is open to physicians at any stage of their career, including new residency graduates, and values a friendly, team-oriented approach to patient care.

Key Position Details:

• Outpatient pediatric care for patients ages 0-17
• Average of 20-30 patients per day with age-appropriate visit lengths
• Light call schedule w
• Nurse triage support screens initial calls
• Inpatient responsibilities limited to normal newborn rounding
• Competitive salary range of $240,000-$280,000

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above

Where You’ll Work

The Facye Medical Group is a modern facility that opened in September 2018, designed to support efficient, patient-centered care. The site is home to two pediatricians and is part of a larger group consisting of 26 pediatric providers across eight locations, offering strong collegial support and long-term provider stability.

Each pediatrician is supported by a dedicated care team, including two back-office medical assistants and a licensed nursing caregiver, as well as front-office reception staff. The broader group and foundation foster a collaborative, supportive culture with an emphasis on quality, consistency, and provider satisfaction.
