Required Skills:
- Valid medical license in relevant state(s)
- Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology and Pediatric Anesthesiology
- Proven experience in pediatric anesthesia procedures and protocols
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced settings
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Experience with regional anesthesia techniques in pediatrics
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Multilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of a pediatric anesthesia fellowship
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric anesthesia experience in a hospital or clinical setting
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
- Flexibility to travel as needed for coverage or training
- Maintaining up-to-date certifications and licensure
- Commitment to adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards
