A Board-Certified Pediatrician is sought to join a well-established, community-focused pediatric practice within a supportive, multi-specialty healthcare environment. This opportunity allows you to guide the health and development of children from newborns through young adulthood, while building long-term relationships in a close-knit community that values continuity of care and clinical autonomy.
Practice Highlights
* Manageable patient volume with an average of 16 patients per day, allowing time for meaningful visits and comprehensive care
* Join a diverse, multi-specialty clinic serving as a medical home for families, with colleagues in:
* Family Medicine
* Internal Medicine
* Obstetrics/Women’s Health
* Podiatry
* Sports Medicine
* Orthopedics
* Wound Care
* Flexible schedule offering a 4–5 day workweek to support work-life balance
* Minimal call responsibilities, shared among pediatric, family medicine, and internal medicine providers
* Strong clinical support with experienced nursing staff, dedicated administrative personnel, and on-site ancillary services including laboratory, imaging, and physical therapy
* Exceptionally low provider turnover, reflecting a culture where clinicians care for their own community, families, and neighbors
Qualifications
* MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school
* Board certification in Pediatrics
* Eligible for or holding an unrestricted Illinois medical license
* Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required due to delivery attendance
* Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care in a rural or community-based healthcare setting
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach

* Compensation range: $239,275 – $340,296, based on experience and qualifications
