Job Responsibilities

Qualifications
Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.
Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Massachusetts.
DEA registration for prescribing medications.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) such as Epic and other medical software.
Dedication to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
Willingness to collaborate in a team-based healthcare setting.
Pediatric subspecialty experience or interest is a plus.
Working Hours
Skills
Comprehensive evaluation and management of pediatric patients from birth through young adulthood
Expertise in well-child care, growth and development surveillance, and anticipatory guidance
Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic pediatric conditions
Proficient in preventive care including immunizations, screenings, and health maintenance
Experience managing complex medical, behavioral, and psychosocial needs
Coordination of care with specialists, schools, and community resources
Competence in minor in-office procedures (e.g., laceration repair, wart treatment, ear irrigation)
Patient & Family-Centered Care
Strong ability to build trusting relationships with children, adolescents, and families
Skilled in culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and inclusive care
Excellent communication tailored to developmental stages and family needs
Shared decision-making with caregivers regarding treatment plans
Support for mental health screening and early intervention
Collaboration & Teamwork
Effective collaboration with nurses, behavioral health clinicians, and multidisciplinary teams
