Required Skills:
- Pediatric Radiology fellowship training
- CAQ certification or eligibility in Pediatric Radiology
- Proven ability to read and interpret X-ray, US, Stat CT, and MRI cases
- Strong knowledge of pediatric imaging protocols and standards
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with onsite coverage at pediatric facilities
- Familiarity with handling emergency or STAT imaging cases
- Prior experience in a hospital-based pediatric radiology department
- Bilingual capabilities or additional language skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree with specialized fellowship training in Pediatric Radiology
- CAQ certification or eligibility with current standing in good professional conduct
- Minimum of 2 years’ post-fellowship clinical experience in pediatric radiology
Other Requirements:
- Onsite coverage at Children’s Hospital of Michigan
- Availability for approximately one week of coverage per month, ideally Mon-Sun, but accept Thurs-Sun shifts
- Shift expectations include Mon-Fri 4 pm-12 am onsite, with alternate scheduling options; coverage on weekends and nights as specified
- Must submit case logs and be free of malpractice claims
- Valid medical license and certifications as required; travel reimbursements provided when applicable
