Required Skills:
  • Fellowship training in Pediatric Radiology
  • CAQ certification or eligibility in Pediatric Radiology
  • Proficiency in readout of all X-ray, ultrasound, CT, and MRI cases
  • Ability to interpret and prioritize urgent cases efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and case documentation
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with on-site radiology coverage in a hospital setting
  • Familiarity with pediatric subspecialty imaging protocols
  • Previous experience with case logs documentation
  • Bilingual abilities or additional languages

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Pediatric Radiology fellowship completion
  • CAQ certification in Pediatric Radiology or eligibility
  • Prior hospital-based radiology practice, ideally in a pediatric setting
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in pediatric radiology

Other Requirements:
  • On-site coverage expected at Children's Hospital of Michigan, with availability of approximately 1 week per month
  • Shifts typically scheduled as Monday to Friday, 4 PM to 12 AM; occasional coverage from Thursday to Sunday
  • Weekend shifts include Saturday and Sunday call duties
  • Must submit clean Malpractice and case logs with application
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, with reliable transportation to the hospital site
