Pediatrics | Illinois | Locum Tenens
Locations: 2 locations 12 miles apart (Northern Chicago)
Duration: 3 months with potential to extend
Schedule: 2-3 days a week (8 hours per day shift including 1 hour of unpaid lunch). Option for Wed/Thursday/Friday or Wed/Friday
Call: After hours telephone call -low volume (Not required -Waiting to see if someone else can cover)
Patient volume: 20-24 visits per day
Scope: Full scope of pediatric practice - well/sick visits
EMR: AthenaOne
Group/support: 1 other pediatrician at Chicago Clinic and Several other FP's that see peds.
Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified and licensed in IL with IL DEA/CSR
