🔹 Position Highlights

• Specialty: Pediatrics

• Practice Setting: Outpatient Pediatrics

• Employment Type: Permanent

• Schedule: 4.5-day work week

• Patient Population: Pediatrics (Newborn to Adolescents)

💰 Compensation & Incentives

• Guaranteed salary: $200,000 – $225,000 (first 2 years)

• Production bonus opportunity

• Sign-on & relocation assistance: Up to $50,000

✅ Candidate Qualifications

• MD or DO

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatrics

• Eligible for Louisiana medical licensure

• Passion for high-quality, patient-centered pediatric care
