- Quality Patient Interaction: Maintain a sustainable pace of 1624 patients per day. We prioritize meaningful visits, allotting 30 minutes for physicals and 45 minutes for complex consults.
- Technology-Driven Efficiency: Our office is currently implementing AI Scribing to streamline documentation. You will be supported by a dedicated team with a target 1:1 MA-to-provider ratio.
- Mentorship & Growth: New graduates are welcome! We offer direct mentorship under senior physicians and are looking for an assertive "team player" ready to grow with the practice.
- Path to Partnership: We are seeking a long-term colleague. A clear path to partnership and ownership is available for discussion after 23 years, including opportunities for ancillary income.

Qualifications:
- BC/BE in Pediatrics is required.
- New graduates with an outgoing personality and high clinical confidence are encouraged to apply.
- Must be comfortable with walk-ins, triage, and a fast-paced team environment.
- State licensure and board certification are required.
