We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join a well-established outpatient practice. This full-time, permanent role focuses on providing comprehensive pediatric care in a supportive, patient-centered environment with an emphasis on continuity of care and work-life balance.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct well-child visits, sick visits, and routine physical exams
Monitor growth, development, and preventive health needs
Administer and manage immunizations according to guidelines
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions
Educate patients and families on health, nutrition, and disease prevention
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation using EMR
Collaborate with nursing staff and pediatric specialists as needed
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
Active or eligible for U.S. medical licensure
Strong clinical skills and compassionate bedside manner
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Working Hours
Outpatient clinic setting
No or minimal call (based on practice model)
Supportive clinical and administrative staff
