Work Schedule

  • Clinic Schedule: Monday through Friday
  • Clinic Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Average Patient Volume: 12–15 patients per day
  • Call Schedule:
    • 1:6 Traditional Call
    • 1:3 Pediatrics Call

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: $275,000 – $460,000+ per year
  • Compensation is commensurate with experience and productivity
  • $25,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid upon execution of final contract)
  • $25,000 Relocation Assistance (paid upon execution of final contract)
  • Student Loan Repayment Program (eligible; not designated as an underserved area)

Time Off:

  • CME Allowance: $5,000 per calendar year
  • CME Time Off: 5 paid days annually
  • Paid Time Off:
    • 25 days PTO (vacation)
    • Sick leave with IAP plan to supplement
    • 7 paid holidays

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
  • Eligible for Alaska medical licensure
  • Passion for providing comprehensive pediatric care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
