We are actively seeking a Pediatrician to join a well-established and growing pediatric practice in Lake Charles, Louisiana. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice high-quality, patient-centered pediatric medicine in a supportive, well-organized, and collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities
• Collaborative care model alongside experienced physicians, NPs, PAs, and in-house mental health professionals
• Modern clinics with efficient administrative and operational support
• 4.5-day work week promoting excellent work–life balance
• Weekend and call coverage shared on a rotating basis
• Newborn Nursery rounds only (no NICU and no deliveries)
• Inpatient admissions managed by hospitalists
• Fully integrated EMR system
Qualifications
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatrics
Eligible for Louisiana medical licensure
Strong commitment to quality pediatric care
New graduates encouraged to apply
