We are seeking a highly skilled Anesthesiology Pediatric Physician to join our reputable healthcare team. Required Skills:
- Board Certification in Anesthesiology
- Valid WV State Medical License
- DEA and CSR certifications
- Active ABA, ACLS, and BLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience, including pediatric cases, obstetric, and/or cardiac procedures
- Excellent supervision skills and ability to oversee CRNAs
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
- Ability to perform a full spectrum of surgical procedures, including kidney transplants
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with pediatric anesthesia, obstetric anesthesia, or cardiac anesthesia
- Prior experience working in hospital settings with large patient volumes
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO)
- At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in anesthesia, with a focus on pediatrics, OB, or cardiac cases
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to supervise CRNAs
- Flexibility to work 7 am start shifts, primarily 10-hour days, with some 8- or 12-hour shifts (not guaranteed)
- Night shift coverage (5x8-hour nights, 7:00 pm – 3:00 am) available
- Ability to obtain WV licensure, DEA, and CSR credentials within 60-90 days
- Clearance for hospital privileges and credentialing

- Hourly Pay Rate: $440.70
