We are seeking a highly skilled Anesthesiology Pediatric Physician to join our reputable healthcare team. This vital role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference across multiple hospital settings, including General, Memorial, and Women’s & Children’s Hospitals, with a focus on delivering safe, efficient anesthesia services in a dynamic environment. Required Skills:
  • Board Certification in Anesthesiology
  • Valid WV State Medical License
  • DEA and CSR certifications
  • Active ABA, ACLS, and BLS certifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience, including pediatric cases, obstetric, and/or cardiac procedures
  • Excellent supervision skills and ability to oversee CRNAs
  • Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
  • Ability to perform a full spectrum of surgical procedures, including kidney transplants

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with pediatric anesthesia, obstetric anesthesia, or cardiac anesthesia
  • Prior experience working in hospital settings with large patient volumes
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical Degree (MD or DO)
  • At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in anesthesia, with a focus on pediatrics, OB, or cardiac cases

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to supervise CRNAs
  • Flexibility to work 7 am start shifts, primarily 10-hour days, with some 8- or 12-hour shifts (not guaranteed)
  • Night shift coverage (5x8-hour nights, 7:00 pm – 3:00 am) available
  • Ability to obtain WV licensure, DEA, and CSR credentials within 60-90 days
  • Clearance for hospital privileges and credentialing
