An established and thriving pediatric practice incentral Alabamais seeking a full-timeBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatricianto join a friendly and collaborative group dedicated to providing high-quality care to children and families.

Position Highlights

  • Schedule:4-day workweek (32 hours). Clinic hours are 8:00 a.m."5:00 p.m.
    September"May includes rotating Saturday mornings (8a"12p). When scheduled for Saturday, youll receive 4 hours off during that same week to maintain your normal hours.

  • Setting:100% outpatient pediatrics " no inpatient or hospital rounding.

  • Call:Minimal after-hours call. Calls are routed through the Childrens of Alabama PHIL line and rotated equally among providers, one week at a time.

  • Patient Volume:Average 25 patients per day for full-time providers.

Team & Support

Join a collegial group that includes one Pediatrician and five experienced Nurse Practitioners. Each provider is supported by a dedicated Medical Assistant, with additional RN triage support and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. EMR:Azalea Health.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary:$200,000 guaranteed

  • Bonus Plan:Production-based, starting when the provider averages 20+ patients/day

  • Comprehensive Benefits Package:

    • Malpractice coverage, licensing, and renewals paid

    • Four weeks of paid time off(for vacation & CME)

    • $2,500 CME allowance
