What You’ll Do:


- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
- Implement and adjust therapy interventions to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and overall functional independence.
- Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
- Collaborate with SLPs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide guidance and supervision to Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Occupational Therapy Students.

What We’re Looking For:


- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
- Oklahoma OT license (or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates).
- Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but NOT REQUIRED – We provide interpreter support!
