A well-established, private, multi-specialty ACO is seeking to add a Pediatrician to its growing practice. This is a 100% outpatient opportunity, joining a collaborative team of three experienced pediatricians. Job Description:
Compensation : $230000 - $250000 Job ID : 42448
Job Function:
Join a pediatric care team in North Central Connecticut.
Assume an established patient panel from a retiring Pediatric NP.
Work alongside one Pediatrician and two Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.
Provide exclusively outpatient care.
Participate in shared call coverage (1:4).
Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with a busy, established practice.
Job Requirements:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics.
Available to start now or upon completion of a 2026 fellowship.
Eligible for or currently holding a Connecticut medical license.
