COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PEDIATRICS (PED)

Base Salary: $245,000–$260,000+ (commensurate with experience)

Annual Bonus: Up to $15,000

Sign-On Bonus: $25,000–$30,000 negotiable

Vacation & Paid Time Off: 22.5 days including vacation, sick, CME, plus 8–10 holidays

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS PEDIATRICS (PED)

Patient Panel (PPD): 25–30

Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Schedule: 4.5-day work week with half-day for administrative tasks
-
Call: 1 week every 7 weeks; hospital is 10 minutes from clinic; no C-section attendance required

Credentialing Support: 60–90 days

Licensing Assistance: Provided

Location Proximity: Around 1 hour to Springfield, MO; 1.5 hours to Tulsa, OK and Fayetteville, AR; 2 hours to Kansas City, MO
