Are you a BE/BC Pediatrician seeking a well-rounded practice with strong clinical variety, supportive colleagues, and excellent long-term earning potential?

We are seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join an established, community-focused pediatric team providing comprehensive care across outpatient, inpatient, and newborn settings. This role offers meaningful clinical diversity while maintaining a sustainable call schedule and strong institutional support.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care

  • Attend C-sections and high-risk deliveries as needed

  • Perform inpatient rounding on the pediatric floor and newborn nursery

  • Participate in a shared call rotation (currently 1:5)

$275,000 guaranteed salary for the first two years

Who We’re Looking For

  • MD or DO with completion of an accredited Pediatrics residency

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

  • Active Minnesota medical license and DEA (or ability to obtain)

  • Commitment to high-quality, community-based pediatric care
