Primary Care Physician -AdventHealth-Primary Care at Southlands
AdventHealth Medical Group, Rocky Mountain Region is seeking a Primary Care
Physician Board Certified in Pediatrics
AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) is a sister organization of AdventHealth with over
600 Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers in 27 individual service lines in Colorado.
We have 5 hospitals, 8 freestanding emergency and urgent care centers and 6 ambulatory
surgery centers. This aligned model and practice management experience provides the
opportunity for the clinicians to focus on the clinical aspects of medicine.
About our Practice
AdventHealth is an established nationwide nonprofit connected system of care, with a
dedicated Primary Care division, consistently leading in quality, safety, and patient
satisfaction. With the mission of Extending the Healing Ministry of
Christ, AdventHealth focuses on providing whole person care to heal the mind,
body and spirit. We are looking for a physician who will model and lead excellence in
clinical practice, doctor-patient relationships, and professionalism while maintaining
AdventHealth's Mission, Vision, Values.
• 27 Primary Clinics conveniently located throughout the Denver Metro Area.
• 5 Hospitals located throughout the Denver Metro Area.
• Collaborative, collegial team that is passionate about providing patient focused care
and collaborates well with a robust network of specialists.
• Large internal referral network and ability to build on existing patient base.
• EPIC- electronic health record system integrated throughout all hospital and
practice locations.
Qualifications
• Board certified in Pediatrics ( American Board of Pediatrics)
• Excellent communication skills
• Team Player with patient-first mindset
• Current, unrestricted full license to practice medicine in Colorado
• Current Colorado DEA Licensure
• Ability to work with and supervise one Advanced practice provider (APN orPA)
• Open to NEW Grads
• Monday-Friday 8-5 work schedule
• Call requirement 1 to 2 times per year
