Locums | Pediatrics – Pulmonology | Clinic + Call | Philadelphia, PA Why This Role

  • Ongoing pediatric pulmonology coverage need with a predictable one-week-per-month schedule
  • Balanced inpatient and outpatient mix including bronchoscopy
  • Opportunity to work with established support staff in a consultative role
Assignment Details Dates: 3/16/2026 – Ongoing Coverage commitment: One week per month Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours + call Call included during coverage week with day and night responsibility Temporary privileges: Not available Estimated credentialing: ~90 days Clinical Details Practice setting: Inpatient and outpatient pediatric pulmonology Scope: Inpatient service, outpatient clinic, bronchoscopy ICU consults: Yes, as needed (not ICU-only) Admissions required: No Rounding: Assigned and unassigned patients Phone consults: ~4 per day EMR: Cerner Support staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 APP, 1 office staff APP supervision required Call Details Call required: Yes Call type: In-house Call response time: 15 minutes Call scope: Inpatient and outpatient Call frequency: Included for full coverage week Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Pulmonology Active Pennsylvania medical license required at submission Valid DEA required ACLS and PALS required Comfortable with inpatient care, consults, and bronchoscopy Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
