- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified and PEDs level 2 is looking for a provider to cover beeper call only. Seeking a board-certified Pediatric provider for inpatient hospital call coverage due to scheduling needs. Coverage consists of 24-hour call from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., with required rounding and support from dedicated pediatric nursing staff. The provider will care for patients ages 0–18 in an inpatient setting, using Meditech for charting. Temporary privileges are granted. The role involves hospital pediatric call coverage with an average of 3–12 admissions per month.

Job Responsibilities
* Perform daily rounding on admitted pediatric patients
* Manage admissions and coordinate ongoing inpatient care
* Respond to 24-hour pediatric call coverage needs
* Collaborate with pediatric nursing staff and the care team
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Meditech
Qualifications
* Active and unrestricted medical license
* Eligible for temporary privileges
* Inpatient pediatric experience required
* Ability to manage acute and routine pediatric cases
Working Hours
