Pacific Companies is pleased to present a Pediatrics opportunity in a welcoming Wyoming mountain community ideal for physicians seeking balance, support, and meaningful patient relationships. This role is based in a collaborative primary care clinic with a strong pediatric presence and a well-established care model. Physicians enjoy longer appointment times, manageable daily volumes, and a schedule designed to support both quality care and personal time. Inpatient responsibilities are limited, with strong neonatal coverage in place and OB/GYNs handling all deliveries. With modern technology, stable leadership, and a positive work culture, this position offers a sustainable and rewarding pediatric practice.



Position, Compensation & Organization

  • Pediatrics role within a collaborative primary care clinic
  • Inpatient pediatric call: 7 days/month (ages 2-17)
  • Additional $1,500 per 24-hour shift beyond base call
  • Neonatal Nurse Practitioner provides 24/7 coverage for ages 0-2
  • 32 clinic hours weekly (four clinic days + one administrative day)
  • Outpatient volume of 16-18 patients per day
  • Appointment lengths: 30-40 minutes for new visits, 20 minutes for follow-ups
  • Team includes 8 physicians, 3 NPs, and nurse-led Medicare Wellness services
  • Salary based on experience
  • Epic EMR with Abridge AI for in-room note capture
  • 28 days PTO plus 5 CME days
  • $5,000 CME, dues, and licensing allowance
  • Stable leadership with strong operational and administrative support
