We're recruiting a board certified physician leader to direct Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics in a large, well resourced environment. You'll set vision and strategy, elevate clinical programs, mentor faculty, and drive scholarly output.
Role Highlights:
• Division leadership with strategic and operational ownership across clinical, research, and academic missions.
• Outpatient focused practice with strong multidisciplinary support; no inpatient call.
• Protected time for program development, mentoring, and research activities.
The Position:
• Shape and execute the Division's research strategy; seek/secure external funding; ensure protocol compliance; disseminate findings via publications and conferences.
• Lead clinical program excellence—optimize workflows, expand evidence based services, and improve outcomes.
• Provide faculty development and mentorship
• Deliver patient centered outpatient care for developmental and behavioral pediatrics.
• Flexible outpatient schedule
• Dedicated support team (APPs, nursing, and support staff) to enable leadership focus and clinical efficiency.
