Location: Lumberton, North Carolina
PCR is seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join a mission-driven, community-focused healthcare organization serving the Lumberton region. Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $200,000 – $240,000, commensurate with experience

Sign-On/Transition Bonus: $10,000+

Additional Compensation:

Evenings (4:30 p.m.–6:00 p.m.): $100/hour

Weekends (9:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m.): $100/hour

On-Call (October–March): Weeknights $125 / Weekends $300

On-Call (April–September): Weeknights $100 / Weekends $250

Additional Details

Setting: Outpatient pediatrics serving patients from 3 days to 20 years

Patient Load: Approximately 25 patients per day; 15-minute appointment slots

Team Support: Medical Director, 2 Pediatricians, 6 APPs, and 2 ancillary staff per provider

No hospital rounds required

Electronic Medical Record: Athena
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- New graduates encouraged to apply
Working Hours
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- One evening per week (4:30 p.m.–6:00 p.m.)
- One weekend per month in the emergency clinic (Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.)
