Pediatric General Surgeon – El Paso, Texas Position Details * FT, permanent position * Actively seeking a BC/BE Pediatric General Surgeon to join a growing practice * Schedule: 2–3 clinic days and 1–2 surgical days per week * Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday * Shared Call Schedule: 1:3 * Clinic Location: Medical Office Building adjacent to hospital * Patient Census: 6–10 per clinic day | 5–8 surgeries per week * Hospital: 110-bed pediatric hospital with 40-bed general pediatric unit, 16-bed PICU, and new 30-bed Level IV NICU * Support: Board-Certified Pediatric Anesthesiologists, Pediatric Hospitalists, and 24/7 in-house Neonatologists Benefits Details * Guaranteed salary with production bonus * Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, life, 401k with matching, salary deferment program, etc.) * In-house billing, coding, and collections * Paid time off, CME time, and CME stipend * Malpractice insurance provided Candidate Requirements * MD/DO degree * BE/BC in Pediatric Surgery * Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one About the Facility The Children’s Hospital is a 148-bed facility dedicated to providing quality pediatric care in a child-friendly, family-oriented environment.
