Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician Opportunity
* Located in Rochester, MN | Full-Time | Academic Opportunity*
Position Highlights
* Join a nationally recognized multidisciplinary program dedicated to evaluating, diagnosing, and treating children with complex developmental and behavioral disorders
* Collaborate with an integrated team including Neuropsychology, Child Psychiatry, General Pediatrics, Genetics, Neurology, PM&R, Sleep Medicine, Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, and Audiology
* Provide comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children and their families
* Participate in both independent and multidisciplinary evaluations to deliver patient-centered care within a collaborative framework
Academic & Research Opportunities
* Teach and mentor General Pediatrics residents, Child Psychiatry fellows, medical students, and interdisciplinary team members
* Engage in research across clinical, translational, epidemiological, and population sciences with access to clinic’s premier research infrastructure
* Supported by the Center for Clinical and Translational Science and the Rochester Epidemiology Project
* Academic rank in the School of Medicine will be commensurate with experience
Qualifications
* Board-certified or board-eligible in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics
* Fellowship training in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics required
* Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Minnesota
* Strong interest in academic medicine, clinical teaching, and research
* Preferred experience working with children with autism and neurodevelopmental delays
