### Position Highlights
Schedule: Full-time, Day/Evening shifts (hours vary)
Call: Pediatric at-home call required 7 days every 28 days (5–10% call-in rate)
Sign-On Bonus: $50,000

### Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $460,000
Pediatric Call Stipend: $45,000
General Call Stipend: $40,000
Optional Weekend Call: $7,200 per 24-hour Saturday call ($86,400 annually)
Total Potential Compensation: Up to $650,000+
Additional Call Pay: $250/hour for extra call coverage
Paid Time Off: 8 weeks vacation plus 8 holidays
Retirement Contributions: Up to $30,000 annually toward a 403(b), with optional 457(b) deferred compensation plan

Degree: MD or DO
