Opportunity Highlights
- Hospital-employed traditional pediatrics opportunity with academic affiliation
- Practice includes outpatient care, newborn nursery, and oversight of Family Medicine residents
- Join a collaborative team of 3 pediatricians and 3 APPs
- 1:4 weekend call schedule
- Approx. 15–20 outpatients per day
- Hospital averages 1,200 deliveries annually
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $220,000 to $300,000
- $20,000 sign-on bonus
- Incentive bonus structure
