A leading academic children's hospital in Oklahoma City is recruiting Pediatric Rheumatologists to join a growing section within its Department of Pediatrics.
This is not a maintenance hire. This is a structured expansion.
The program is rebuilding with intentional growth plans to scale to a 3-4 physician team, supported by engaged APPs, collaborative pediatric subspecialists, and hospital leadership committed to strengthening regional access to pediatric rheumatology care.
You'll step into a program with momentum, not uncertainty.
Position Highlights:
• Academic faculty appointment (rank based on experience)
• 8 half-day sessions per week (~3.5 clinic days)
• Outpatient clinic + inpatient consult mix
• Dedicated academic/administrative time
• Teaching responsibilities with residents and fellows
• Research opportunities available but not required
• Established multidisciplinary collaboration
• Epic EMR
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive Base salary
• Sign-on bonus
• Relocation assistance
• CME allowance + PTO
• Transition to RVU model in year two
• Visa support available (case dependent)
