Pediatric opening near San Diego, CA * Located in *Poway, CA* - just 22 miles from San Diego! * Full-time, permanent opening * Employed * Joining a multi-specialty, non-profit practice * Both new graduates and experienced pediatricians welcome Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive outpatient care to infants, children, and adolescents, including well-child visits, immunizations, and management of acute and chronic pediatric conditions * Emphasize preventative care and developmental health * Collaborate with colleagues and specialists within the health network * 100% outpatient; no in-patient responsibilities Qualifications: * Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution * Board certification (or eligibility) in Pediatrics * Valid medical license to practice in California * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based pediatric care Benefits: * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Starting base pay guarantee $260-$270k * 2 year guarantee then transition to productivity model * Most physicians perform above the guarantee level (both in the first 2 years and beyond) * Additional incentives based on quality and productivity may be applicable * Access to advanced pediatric medical technology and equipment
