Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee advanced practice providers (APPs)
- Sign off on clinical charts
- Participate in leadership meetings
- Collaborate on growth and expansion initiatives
- Review patient population and visit data
- Contribute to marketing, new site development, and service line planning
- Advise on pediatric department strategy and care models
- Schedule providers and assign patient panels
Additional Information
- California medical license required
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Pediatrics required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Leadership experience (Director, Chief, Lead, etc.) highly preferred
- Understanding of care gaps and experience with FQHC models and business analysis preferred
