PEDIATRICS In The Foothills of the Finger Lakes
Hospital Employed opportunity offered by a 809 bed hospital to the pediatric physician who is interested in living in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State. This hospital practice is affiliated with a Medical School. This is a traditional Practice . You will also be providing oversight to Family Practice Residents.
The call will be one weekend in 4.
Patients seen per day : Outpatient 15-20 .
They deliver about 1200 babies annually. There are 3 Pediatric Physicians in this group and 3APPs .Growing practice and they are looking for a 4th Pediatrician
There is Excellent base Salary, in the range of $220k, to $300k plus a $20k Sign on Bonus, Incentives, Benefits, Malpractice, Loan Repayment and $0k for Relocation
This opportunity is near the Southern Finger Lakes and Pennsylvania Grand Canyon area , known Locally as the Twin Tiers. Nestled in low rolling hills carved by prehistoric glaciers. The Twin Tiers covers 9,000 square miles of lakes, hills, villages, vine lands, and 650 miles of lake front property. Midway between New York city and Niagara Falls and near Corning, The area is best known for its picturesque lakes , lush forests and more. The area is described as having excellent public and private schools, reasonable housing, close to Syracuse and Rochester. With less than 4 hours driving to New York City, Philadelphia, and Toronto , this is a very centrally located practice.
