Pediatrician – Outpatient Clinic (San Antonio, TX)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–8:00 PM or 4:00 PM–8:00 PM
Compensation: Up to $235,000 base salary + performance-based bonuses
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible Schedule Options)

A well-established, mission-driven community health organization in San Antonio, TX is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatrician to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care to a diverse patient population from birth through adolescence

• Conduct well-child exams, immunizations, and manage acute and chronic conditions

• Collaborate with an integrated care team including nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health, and other specialists

• Document patient visits and maintain accurate medical records in the electronic health record (EHR) system

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinic meetings as needed

Schedule Options:

• Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Part-Time: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  (Flexible arrangements available to suit provider needs)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary up to $235,000

• Performance bonuses

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited Pediatric Residency Program

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice medicine in Texas

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

• Passion for serving underserved and diverse populations
