Position Summary
Seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists to join a well-established inpatient behavioral health team in Green Bay, WI. This role offers a 7 on / 7 off schedule in a dedicated psychiatric hospital with comprehensive support services.

Position Details
7 on / 7 off schedule, hours 7:00am–5:00pm
Average patient load: 8–15 per day
Child unit: 10–12 beds
Adolescent unit: 20 beds
Large psychiatry division with 250+ employees
Teaching opportunities available through residency and fellowship programs
EMR: Epic
Great call rotation

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $300,000
Performance bonus: $40,000
Clinical supervision: $10,000
Loan repayment assistance up to $150,000
Fellowship stipend up to $30,000
CME: $5,000 annually
Contracted Time Off (CTO): 140 hours per year
Relocation assistance up to $12,000
