Our client is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join a faculty position in San Antonio, TX.
#### Practice Overview:
Provide care for pediatric otolaryngology patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings
Collaborate with faculty, residents, and staff to deliver high-quality care
Participate in patient care reviews, quality improvement, and clinical evaluation processes
Coordinate care with nursing and ancillary services and ensure adherence to hospital policies and clinical practice standards
Serve as a mentor and educator, providing orientation and continuing education for department staff
Participate in peer review and contribute to maintaining and improving quality of care within the department
