Schedule: 24-hr call shifts with 1–4 hrs of on-site presence daily

Dec 5 (7 AM) – Dec 7 (7 AM)

Dec 31 (7 AM) – Jan 5 (7 AM)

🏥 Your Role:
-
Cover newborn care, pediatric admissions from ED, and med-surg consults
-
Daily rounding (typically 1–4 hrs) as primary pediatric provider
-
Must be comfortable as a solo provider—no backup coverage available
-
Stabilize and transfer sick neonates as needed (no NICU onsite)
🚨 Must-Have Experience:
-
Neonatal resuscitation, intubation, line placement, and emergency meds
-
Recent inpatient pediatric care (≥24 patients as attending in last 24 months)

Able to handle critical care stabilization solo

Must have strong experience with both newborns and pediatrics
🧾 Requirements:

Board Certified in Pediatrics (or IM/FM with strong neonatal/peds exp)

Oregon License

PALS & NRP Certified
-
3-Year Pediatric Residency
-
Local Providers Only

Clean malpractice/background – Strongly preferred
