Full Time
Permanent Position
Seeking BC/BE Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join a thriving outpatient practice in Davenport, Iowa.
Position Overview:
Full-time, employed position
Outpatient-only, Monday–Friday schedule
No evenings, weekends, or holidays (aside from shared call)
Supported by a hospital-based team managing inpatient needs
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary with a two-year guarantee; transition to wRVU model
$75,000 commencement bonus
Educational loan assistance negotiable (eligible for PSLF)
Relocation allowance
Stipend payments available for fellows in final year
Generous PTO: 4 weeks vacation, 1 week CME, 6 holidays
