Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions
• Prescribe and administer medications, immunizations, and preventive care
• Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals
• Guide families on growth, development, nutrition, and wellness
• Incorporate clinical best practices and research into patient care
Qualifications
• US Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Guam medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Completion of US Residency in Pediatrics
• Current PALS, BLS, and CPR certifications
• Eligible to work in the US
Skills
• Strong communication skills with both kids and parents
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in a diverse population
